Author Guidelines
Manuscript preparation
- Manuscripts must be original and not under review elsewhere.
- Submit as a single PDF, including all figures and tables in place.
- Recommended length: 6–12 pages in double-column IEEE-style format.
- Include a structured abstract (150–250 words) and 4–6 keywords.
- Number all pages, sections, figures, and equations.
Submission process
- Prepare your manuscript following the format above.
- Submit via the Submit Manuscript page or email it to the editorial office.
- You will receive an acknowledgement within 3–5 business days.
- The manuscript enters double-blind peer review (see Peer Review Process).
- Accepted papers are scheduled into the next available issue.
Formatting checklist
- Title page with author names, affiliations, and corresponding author email
- Abstract and keywords
- Clear section headings (Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References)
- References in IEEE citation style
- Declaration of conflicts of interest and funding sources

Plagiarism policy
All submissions are screened for originality. Manuscripts with substantial overlap with previously published work will be rejected without review.
